In my long (ish) absence from blogspot, I have basically been sorting myself out. I sorted my hair out (finally!!), I sorted my CV out - which has been passed around a lot more than before believe me, and last but certainly not least, I've been trying my hardest to sort my confidence out. I'm getting there.
So during the neglect to my blog I have uploaded my CV onto as many job websites I could find, completed my 2 years in Media and English literature by sitting my final exams, seen the Pierces live - awesome - and attended my mother's hen do. Here are the few photos I have been taking in order to gain a little more 'self love'.
Me and my sister went to see a pair of my favourite women ever on the 8th June. The Pierces were not just cute and cool, but in fact very beautiful and talented singers/song writers, and I had SUCH an amazing time singing along!
On the 18th of June I went shopping with Bekki for our 'daughters of the bride' outfits, and oh my goodness I have never enjoyed shopping so much. We had a topshop trying-on spree for about an hour before both finding the perfect dresses. Mine is a short cream-ish lace dress with a high neck line and a brown waist belt. Ten minutes later in New Look I found the perfect pair of shoes to accompany my dress, and I kept trying them on every ten minutes for about 3 days.
From Saturday onwards I have been between Kate's house and Matt's house, dreading going home without really knowing why.
Tonight I am home with Matt, and we're planning a lovely rest after a biiiig long walk with Bobby. My mum goes away on Sunday as the wedding is only a week away now..gosh. House to ourselves for two weeks is approaching fast, I'm so excited. Also got a phonecall from a job I applied for two days ago, so hopefully an interview will be just around the corner.
