My favourite beardy man had his interview today at Castle Marina so we took a long and sweaty walk there this morning, hand in hand. Whilst he was there I had a walk into town and bought some black trousers for work this weekend (yippeeeee!!) and treated myself to an innocent smoothie. I met back up with Matt and we went for celebratory drinks at Ye Olde Trip To Jerusalem, and had a nice look at the gallery there.
When we decided it was time to save our rumbly bellies we took a strole to Malt Cross for a summer burger deal, and for the first time ever I literally couldn't finish my meal....but it was so delicious! More drinks were had, followed by even more walking, where we finished our lovely day in the Arboretum. If the rest of the week follows on as perfect as today has then me and my lovely boyfriend may just have found jobs at the same time. Fingers crossed. xo
