After such a wonderful yet extremely binge-tastic weekend, today is my BACK TO THE DIET day, and it involves my usual routine of tiny breakfast, tiny lunch, and fabulously healthy dinner. And lots of gym time.
Already today I've said goodbye to my lover until the morning, and did two laps around the football field with my bob-dog, and I've now got my joggers on, my Queen greatest hits album ready, I just need to find the motivation. COME ON GUURL.
It's a nice feeling knowing that instead of just moaning like I used to, I've actually done something about it and I'm seeing great results! I'm feeling more energetic, happy and most importantly, confident. Yippee! :)
