It has now been nearly three weeks since the day finally came. We've been ever so busy working, decorating, sorting & trying to make the whole thing sink in....I'm still not sure it has. I know moving out is no big deal to a lot of people, but to us it was so important to get away from where we were before and start something new and fresh together. I'm so happy!
So we've started on the kitchen first because that's the room where the least needs doing. It's been ever so hard trying to fit it all in around work, but I have booked an entire week off at the end of this month and we should get a lot done in that time..
Today is actually my day off so i'm taking full advantage of us finally being up & running with internet and TV, before being a domestic Goddess and cleaning from top to bottom ready for when Matt gets home. This afternoon we're going to take a windy stroll through Nottingham's Goose Fair; I think the furthest we've been since moving is Asda, so it will be nice to actually get out together. :)
